ADTEL is committed to quality and constantly strives to supply the very best products and playback equipment available. In 1996, with the assistance of the NATIONAL RESEARCH COUNCIL OF CANADA, we began the development of our proprietary, fully digital playback unit. Our in-house research department in collaboration with INTERALIA INC. and ALFALAB RESEARCH produced our first units in late 1998. But we didn't stop there.

In January of 2000, we proudly introduced the DigADTEL® PLUS, one of the most advanced digital audio announcers on the planet! Innovative features and functional flexibility make it possible to deliver our audio productions over a telephone line, in a purely digital environment. The DigADTEL® PLUS features dual memory banks which store two complete productions. An internal clock/calendar controls message playback, so no user intervention is required to switch productions. The DigADTEL® PLUS also features remotely adjustable volume and tone controls that can be accessed via a telephone line from our control center. This provides our customers with superior announcement quality and unparalleled versatility.

In the spring of 2002, we introduced the next generation in Digital On-hold announcers, the DigADTEL® PLUS 2 SmartCard™. This unit features Internet Download capabilities, which allows our clients to retrieve their ADTEL productions via the Internet. The productions are downloaded from their computer onto a "Smart Media" Memory Card that stores the entire customized message. The memory card is then loaded into the side of the DigADTEL® PLUS 2 SmartCard™ announcer, which plays the message on your telephone hold feature. This technology is extremely user friendly and is compatible with most computer operating systems. It will allow us to better serve our International customers, as well as those in remote areas, offering the ease and speed of instant electronic delivery.
